Successful applicants will be responsible for creating conceptual art, 2D assets, UI design, and animation for games.
- Portfolio or demo reel highlighting relevant work experience
- Visual Arts degree or equivalent experience in the computer graphics industry
- 3+ years experience using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Flash
- Excellent conceptual and illustrative skills
- A strong grasp of classical animation principles
- A passion for games

Game Developers – Ref: BH-GD-002
As a Games Developer, you will be exposed to and work on various software systems in developing games on various consoles.
- 3+ years of programming experience (knowledge of C++)
- 3+ years developing commercial games
- console development experience - ideally PSN, Xbox, but other consoles also valuable
- multi-threaded programming experience
- object-oriented design/development experience - UML an asset
- university degree/college diploma, specializing in game development (or equivalent experience)
- motivated, with a passion for games
Nice to have:

Lead Game Developer – Ref: BH-LDA-001
We have an immediate, full-time requirement for a Lead Game Developer. Responsibilities As a lead developer, you will be key to the quality of the game's programming, and the player's experience.
- work with production team to drive the implementation of the project's technical vision
- work in conjunction with designers and artists to shape/mould game play and user experiences
- implement game play-related functionality including AI, controls, interfaces, game rules, etc.
- desire/ability to work in a team environment
- strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- passionate gamer and creative problem solver
- plan work schedules and resources as well as report project status to upper management to ensure on-time delivery of assets
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

- Experience with Windows development environment
- Experience with DirectX, user-interface programming, and/or network programming
- Solid math skills, linear algebra, trig, etc.

Successful applicants will be responsible for designing and assembling game levels using Gamebryo Toolbench World Builder, setting up scripted events and enemy encounters, interfacing with key members of the development and art teams, and authoring game design documentation.
